Empowering No Limits Support Services was founded with a simple but powerful vision: to provide high-quality, person-centred support for people with disabilities, by first empowering the people who deliver it.
As a support worker myself, I witnessed first-hand the disconnect between the care participants needed and the systems in place to deliver it. Too often, support workers were underappreciated, under-resourced, and overworked. I knew there had to be a better way. That’s why I started this company, to create a supportive, values-driven organisation where both participants and support workers are genuinely respected and empowered.
